This Friday is your last chance to register for the South Island Clinic which will be held this year in the beautiful Queen Charlotte Sounds from 19th to 22nd December. Remember this is Open to all sailors in Open, White and Green fleets. There are a few spots left so get in quick to secure your place.
NZIODA have lined up a stunning group of experienced coaches to help inspire your sailors to the next level in their sailing. Our Head coaches Kate Overend (QCYC) and Andrew Brown (WBC) will put their shared expertise and experience into leading the Clinic. Kate is the Head Coach at QCYC and brings with her a wealth of local knowledge and experience to the role. Andrew is an Olympian and international coach with a huge amount of experience coaching sailors to reach their potential. He has recently been the NZ Optimist World’s team coach.
We are also very excited to introduce Peter McCann from Ireland. Peter is a professional coach with a wealth of international experience. Most recently he was a coach for the Australian Optimist Sailing Team based in Melbourne. As a sailor he has 8 national titles to his name and multiple medals at major European regattas.
The closing date for registrations is Friday November 22nd, 2024. Any entries received after this date will be at the discretion of NZIODA and will incur a LATE PENALTY FEE OF 30% of the registration costs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide our complementary clinic T-shirt to those who register after this date.
