For all our NZIODA sailors and future sailors please make your voice heard here.
Your committee are working towards fulfilling the Vision and Values Document recently posted on the website. Our aim is to make this class more accessible, one of personal learning and development, and to deliver a greater sense of inclusion to our community. There is much that can be done to improve our association however limited time and resource regularly leaves your volunteer committee in a quandary how to prioritise what is most urgent. We have made great progress in the last year and are ready to take bigger steps. Importantly now we need to understand better what the membership needs and be sure we do it together. Below is the first set of five questions that we hope will lead to the next and so on. We will keep you informed of the results.
