The NPYC is looking forward to hosting the 2019 Optimist North Island Champs and Starling Travelers Series in New Plymouth 8-10 November.
Green fleet Optimists on 9-10 November and will sail inside the confines of the harbour. There will be Green fleet coaching on the 8th November.
