Summer is coming and there’s never been a better time to get back on the water.
The annual NZIODA North Island Opti Clinic held at Eastern Beach, Auckland, runs from 14th to 17th January, 2025. We still have places available for NZIODA members, but they’re filling up fast! This is a great opportunity for your young sailor to improve their sailing and racing skills, make new friends and have lots of fun over the four days of training and friendly competition. This is a great opportunity to meet our great team of NZIODA coaches and take your sailing to a whole new level.
All shore-based activities, mealtimes and night supervision will be taken care of by an appointed on-shore manager and parent volunteers. You can either offer to be part of the action as parent help or drop your young sailor off and pick them up four days later. Whatever works best for your family.
When: January 14th – 17th, 2025
Where: Willow Park Christian Camp, Eastern Beach, Auckland
Hosts: Kohimarama Yacht Club
Price: $620.00 per sailor, which includes a generous subsidy from the OWNZ Trust.
The closing date for registrations is Friday 22nd November, 2024. Any entries received after this date will be at the discretion of NZIODA and will incur a LATE PENALTY FEE OF 30% of the registration costs. Unfortunately, sailors who register after this date will not be able to order a complementary clinic T-shirt.
