Registrations for Nationals close on Thursday 30 March. So, not long left for your young sailor to cement their place in Opti immortality!
You’ll know all about Nationals, of course. But it really is a most prestigious event and to get on the start line is a fantastic achievement in itself.

Nationals takes place over 6-10 April 2023, that’s Easter weekend, at the very lovely Wakatere Boating Club, Auckland.
There’s great competition out on the water, with the ultimate prizes being the Open Event and Ralph Roberts trophies for the Open Championship and National Championship winners respectively.
Aside from the titles and many spot prizes on offer, it’s a fun event where friendships and memories are made.
