NZIODA Travelling Teams to IODA Events 2023 

The NZIODA Committee have agreed the following representative rankings for the upcoming 2022/2023 season.

IODA World Championship 2023, Spain
Ballena Alegre
11^th June to 21^st June, 2023
Top 5 ranked sailors

IODA European Championship 2023, Greece
Nautical Club Thessaloniki
15^th July to 22^th July, 2023
Next 2 ranked boys and next 2 ranked girls.

IODA Asian & Oceanian Championship 2023, Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Sailing & Yacht Club
29^th Oct to 5^th Nov, 2023
Next 7 ranked of 1 gender and next 3 ranked of the other gender. 

Please note that those attending IODA Regattas will be travelling at least 7 to 10 days prior to the event tbc.  Selection will be based on the two NZIODA Regattas namely The Interislander at Queen Charlotte Yacht Club in February 2023, and the Optimist Nationals at Easter 2023.

Please note that places on the NZL and Development Teams are open to NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents that meet the NZIODA Nationality requirements.
