The 2023 Renaissance Junior Gold Cup takes place in May 2023 (date TBC). Truly the pinnacle of Opti racing for many young competitors, many of new Zealand’s favourite sailors have gone onto achieve amazing things after competing here.
The Cup once again takes place at the historic Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and you could be a part of this incredible event. Run in conjunction with the Argo Group Gold Cup professional World Match Racing Tour event, this mini ‘world cup’ invitational brings together some of the most accomplished youth sailors from around the world.
It’s a major honour to be invited to take part – the first ranked girl or boy after NZIODA Nationals in season 2022-23 will be eligible to compete, with The Royal Bermuda Yacht Club making the final decision on who goes.
