Yes there is life after Opti and NZIODA are fostering a “where the future of yachting begins” approach. We farewell our Opti Sailors who have moved out of the fleet after Nationals.
Sailing is a lifelong sport and once the Sailor moves out of Opti there are various options open to them. We suggest talking to your coach, club and peer group to see what is right for your sailor.
