It was decided at the recent NZIODA Committee meeting that due to the uncertainty of Covid, and the timing of the North Americans to be held in Mexico in May 2021, that NZIODA will not be putting forward an application to bid for positions for New Zealand sailors .
This means that NZIODA will not be represented at this IODA Championship in 2021. We realise that this announcement may be disconcerting for some sailors and their families however it allows for more certainty in planning for all in these challenging times.
